| 4. | Cash4webmasters is allowed to unsubscribe any applicants that have not generated any income for over a period of 90 days |
| 5. | Cash4webmasters is allowed to unsubscribe any applicants that violate these general terms of use without being obligated to cash out their earnings. |
| 6. | Cash4webmasters and all sites participating in the Cash4Webmasters partner program are not to be associated with: Child porn or Lolita Abuse Illegally acquired content |
| 7. | Participants of the Cash4Webmasters partner program are not allowed to spam for any sites connected to the Cash4Webmasters partner program. |
| 8. | Any personal data acquired by the Cash4Webmasters partner program will not be made public to any third parties. |
| 9. | The Cash4Webmasters partner program cannot be held responsible for any income loss by downtime of our server or anything similar in that matter. |
| 10. | Cash4webmasters cannot be held responsible for not ashing out any income generated when the applicant provided incorrect or incomplete bank data. |

| 13. | It is not allowed for participants of the Cash4Webmasters partner program to promote any websites connected to the Cash4Webmasters partner program in an illegal or misleading way |
| 14. | Participants of the Cash4Webmasters partner program are allowed to promote any websites connected to the Cash4Webmasters partner program with their own recorded content as long as this content is not in violation of any law that applies to the country they are currently located in. |
| 15. | Participants of the Cash4Webmasters partner program receive the Cash4webmasters newsletter by email. |
| 16. | Cash4webmasters is allowed to change any cash out percentages in the future, however, these changed can never apply to any previous earnings. |
| 17. | Payouts take place within 10 workdays after the month ends and will be based on the rates published on Cash4webmasters |
| 18. | There is a minimum payout amount of 10 Euro. If you have the right for an amount less then that you will take this amount with you to the next month until you reach 10 Euro. |
| 19. | Every person is allowed to subscribe only once to the Cash4Webmasters partner program. |
| 20. | The partner takes the full responsibility concerning the content he/she places on his/her website(s) and states that these websites are not violating any form of law that may apply. The partner agrees that Cash4Webmasters cannot be held responsible for any damage due to the promotional content provided to them by Cash4Webmasters |
